With 20 years experience managing federally and privately funded research projects, I have coordinated an interdisciplinary program involving collaborators at institutions including the Oregon National Primate Center, Portland VA Medical Center, Washington University, and Case Western Reserve University. These efforts resulted in 40 peer-reviewed publications in high impact journals such as J. Biol. Chemistry, ACS Infectious Diseases, PNAS, and Mol. Microbiology.
